Focusing on quality ingredients, prepared simply, 220° [Modern Teppan] is a unique Club dining experience.

This contemporary take on teppanyaki offers Members the choice of two inspired course dinners.

The signature steaks from Double R Ranch and Snake River Farms, fresh seafood and local, seasonal produce, recommended by the Club's vegetable sommelier, Natsue Watanabe, are prepared on the iron griddle in front of diners.

Each course of the set menu can be complemented by a specially selected wine as part of a flight.
