2010 "Just the Ticket" Chardonnay, California
A crowd-pleasing Chardonnay that is lightly buttery, with ripe golden apple, pear and citrus aromas, complemented by seductive vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Lush, concentrated and creamy on the palate, this is the perfect wine for salmon, crab, lobster, chicken or pasta with creamy sauces.
2008 "Just the Ticket" Zinfandel, California
With ripe aromas of strawberry jam, raspberry and sweet vanilla, as well as hints of chocolate-covered cherries and white pepper, this wine boasts a balanced palate, with cranberry notes and an undertone of American oak. Full-bodied, yet easy drinking, think wood-fired pizza, hamburgers, roasted meats or soft creamy cheeses.
2011 "CA31" The Golden State Chardonnay, Carneros, CaliforniaLuscious and full, with rich flavors of apple tart and toasted hazelnut, along with bright notes of lemon and pear, this wine is sunshine in a bottle. With a round and creamy texture, it maintains a crisp elegance and vibrancy. Complex minerality highlights a lingering finish. Best with crab cakes, calamari, scallops, scampi or lobster risotto.

2010 "WA42" The Evergreen State Cabernet Sauvignon, WashingtonAromas of baking spice, raspberry jam and cocoa powder are interwoven with abundant fresh fruit flavors. Good structure and concentrated dark red fruit characteristics on the palate lead to a long, smooth finish. Definitely crafted with carnivores and grill marks in mind.
2009 North Coast Chardonnay
This pure Chardonnay opens with enticing aromas of citrus blossom and Asian pear, leading to flavors of peach, citrus and a hint of tropical fruit. The bright, refreshingly fruit is counterbalanced by the richness and spice of French oak aging. Well balanced with a crisp finish. Serve with hummus and fresh bread, spring rolls or grilled halibut.
