Adult Swimming

Several offerings are tailored to adult swimmers looking to perfect their technique and maintain a healthy lifestyle, from 1-on-1 training to group courses.


Aqua Fitness

Time to get an invigorating and fun morning workout in the Sky Pool by joining Aqua Fitness. Come and experience a wide range of motion and a solid, high-intensity cardiovascular workout. And increase muscle strength thanks to the natural resistance of the water to your movements. All this can be achieved with less burden on joints compared to on-land exercise – so there's less likelihood of injury.

Every Monday and Wednesday

Private Lessons

Swimmers of all levels can take advantage of dedicated pool time with an expert coach to learn the basics, strengthen a weak point or focus on a specific technique. Semi-private lessons are offered for up to 3 students. 

Schedule

Weekdays: 10am-4pm | Weekends: 9am-2pm

Fees per 30-minute lessons

¥3, 800 for 1-person lesson

¥2, 800 per person for 2-person lesson

¥2, 200 per person for 3-person lesson
(* exclusive of 8 percent consumption tax)

Registration Policy
For session bookings
- Online registration begins at 10a.m. on registration date of each session.
- Registration forms submitted before the registration date will be processed from 6 p.m. on the date of registration. Telephone registration is not accepted.
- Registration is required for each session. Lessons run through the end date of each session.
- The Pool Office does not automatically transfer bookings from session to session. Re-enrollment is required to be submitted on the designated registration day of each session to continue the lessons.
- Priority will be given according to swimmers' start dates. In the case of the same start date, priority will be given according to the time of registration.
- The Pool Office will schedule lessons as close as possible to requested dates and times.
- Lessons will be confirmed only after the registering members have replied to confirmation letter within the 5 business days of receiving it.
For any drop-in swim lesson bookings
- Members can book drop-in lessons in person up to five days prior to the requested lesson date.


Cancellation Policy
- Swimmers can participate in the first lesson before deciding whether or not to continue. Cancellations must be made by 9 p.m. on the first day of lessons to avoid a penalty fee. Participants who cancel by the deadline will be billed for one lesson and the remainder of the course feel will be refunded.
- Cancellations made after 9 p.m. on the first day of lessons will be charged the full course fee.
- Cancellations due to illness require a doctor's note to receive a class fee refund.
- For drop-in lesson bookings, cancellations received lesson than 24hours before the scheduled lesson time will be charged the full lesson fee. Same-day appointments are subject to the same cancellation penalties.

Remarks:
- There is no system for makeup lessons. Please inquire at the Pool Office about available spaces.
In the event that the Sky Pool is closed due to unforeseen circumstances, all swim lessons will be canceled.
- The Pool Office will contact students in advance of canceled lessons whenever possible. Please provide your cell phone number on the registration form to make this easier.

Masters Swim Program

Swim better and get fit through unique and challenging programs designed by a qualified swim coach. Whether you are training for a triathlon, looking to perfect your breaststroke or just interested in meeting other dedicated swimmers, these sessions offer the chance to hone your skills this season.

Masters
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 6:30-7:30 am (national holidays: 7:30-8:30 am)
Sundays: 7:30-8:30 am


Masters Advanced
Monday & Wednesday 6:30am-7:30am (National Holiday 7:30am-8:30am)

Saturday 7:30am-9 am

*self-training on Monday


Maximum: 19 participants | Minimum: 4 participants

Stroke Development

It's never too late to overcome your fear of the water or learn the basics of swimming. In an intimate group setting, novice swimmers are introduced to the fundamentals of breath control, movement in the water and basic stroke techniques. Click Here for more details.
