Get in shape using the latest exercise equipment and machines, or sign up for one of our invigorating, incredibly effective fitness classes.With wall-to-wall windows providing glimpses of the city and the gym below, this vibrant exercise hub contains 40 brand-new state-of-the-art treadmills, elliptical trainers and stair machines outfitted with private TV monitors and portable media-player hookups, as well as an assortment of dumbbells, exercise balls and other top-notch workout equipment.

Tri Club Challenge
This triathlon club is designed for newbies or the most experienced triathletes and is geared towards enhancing your experience and improving performance by drawing upon the collective experience and knowledge of each member, participating in group training sessions indoor or outdoor session as planned open water swims. Also, group bike rides and runs, or group brick sessions such as swim/bike sessions or bike/run sessions. The greatest benefit of the club is that it helps build confidence and gives you that added push toward reaching your full potential.

Stretch Yourself Fit
Achieve better flexibility and posture, together with greater mobility and relaxed muscles, with a session of assisted stretching from our professional trainers.
All sessions begin with an alignment and flexibility assessment. To find out more, contact the Fitness Center staff.

Our qualified personal trainers can design individualized exercise programs to help you achieve the best results for your body. The Club staffs more than a dozen certified trainers with a range of expertise and personalities to ideally match you and your objectives.

¥6,300/45 minutes or less
¥8,400/60 minutes
¥12,600/90 minutes
Group training rates
Two people: ¥ 7,350/60 minutes per person
Three people: ¥6,300/60 minutes per person
Cancellation Policy
- If a Member cancels within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment or does not show up, the Club may charge 100% of the appointment fee
- If a personal trainer cancels within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment, free training session will be provided on a future date

Air ChenA former University of Oregon long jumper and decathlete, with more than 15 years' track and field coaching experience. Has taught college sports and health science courses and coached strength and conditioning to intercollegiate sports teams. A frequent speaker at sports and health science conferences, he has written for related journals as well.
