With wall-to-wall windows providing glimpses of the city and the gym below, this vibrant exercise hub contains 40 brand-new state-of-the-art treadmills, elliptical trainers and stair machines outfitted with private TV monitors and portable media-player hookups, as well as an assortment of dumbbells, exercise balls and other top-notch workout equipment.

Stretch Yourself Fit
Achieve better flexibility and posture, together with greater mobility and relaxed muscles, with a session of assisted stretching from our professional trainers.

Give your workout a makeover with our experienced Fitness Center staff. Kick-start your new fitness regimen with 2 free Fit 4 You sessions and:

• discover simple but effective stretching and flexibility exercises

Personal Training
Our qualified personal trainers can design individualized exercise programs to help you achieve the best results for your body. The Club staffs more than a dozen certified trainers with a range of expertise and personalities to ideally match you and your objectives.

¥6,000/45 minutes or less
¥8,000/60 minutes
¥12,000/90 minutes
 

Group training rates
Two people: ¥ 7,000/60 minutes per person
Three people: ¥6,000/60 minutes per person
 

Package
One person: 10 sessions + 1 free session ¥80,000
Two people: 10 sessions + 1 free session ¥70,000
Three people: 10 sessions + 1 free session ¥60,000
 

All payment are due on the date of first session.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge equal to one session normal rates ¥8,000. Sessions expire after 6 months of the purchase date.

Cancellation Policy

  • If a Member cancels within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment or does not show up, the Club may charge 100% of the appointment fee
  • If a personal trainer cancels within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment, free training session will be provided on a future date

airchenAir Chen
A former University of Oregon long jumper and decathlete, with more than 15 years' track-and-field coaching experience, he has taught college sports science and health science courses and coached strength and conditioning to intercollegiate sports teams. A frequent speaker at sports and health science conferences, he has written research articles for sports and health-related journals.

Specialties: Weight loss, body transformation, metabolic syndrome; muscle, strength and cardiovascular conditioning; sport-specific and core training; sports-injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Qualifications: BA (Oregon), MS (Toledo) and PhD program (Chukyo) in sports and health science; National Strength and Conditioning Association-certified strength and conditioning specialist.
