Choose from a host of recreational classes designed to keep you fit, active and inspired. Whether you want to study the ancient martial art of karate, learn a few vibrant dance moves, or achieve a balanced body and mind with meditation or yoga, the Club has the perfect program for you.

Aerobics

Work up a sweat with a range of these dynamic group exercise classes. The sessions provide a great workout for all levels of fitness, whether you’re looking to get in shape, shed a few pounds or attain a toned physique.

Aikido

This non-competitive martial art is one of the most effective forms of self-defense. The class is taught in a relaxed atmosphere at a pace suited to each student, with techniques focused on defending yourself from various attacks. Size and strength are not necessary to correctly perform techniques and become skilled at aikido.

Boot Camp Fitness Challenge

Strengthen your core and improve your balance and endurance with this fast-paced fun class that uses interval training, expert body-weight exercises and resistance tools, from medicine balls to balance discs, to give you a tremendous total-body workout.

Core Conditioning

This class for all levels targets strength, balance and stabilization of the core area (pelvis, lumber, thoracic and cervical spine). Exercises are designed to improve posture, prevent lower-back problems, strengthen hips and flatten abs.

Karate

Gojuryu is one of four major schools of Japanese karate, combining hard and soft methods. Techniques range from blocking, punching and kicking to basic movements, forms and sparring. Students build self-confidence and discipline while learning effective self-defense.

Kickboxing for Ladies

This class teaches women a variety of basic kickboxing techniques using focus mitts and kick pads. Small classes ensures plenty of 1-on-1 time with the instructor.

 Indoor Cycling

This great cardio workout is set to an upbeat music track that will keep you pedaling your way through various courses and terrain, with changing resistance, tempo and timing. Receive computerized feedback to immediately assess your heart rate, speed, burnt calories, time and distance.

Reserve a spot up to 7 days ahead. Cancellations are not accepted. Classes are not transferable , attendance is limited to the day of the
week the members registered for.

Ishta Yoga

Discover yoga’s myriad benefits, from better posture and flexibility to a more relaxed, balanced body and mind. Each class includes breathing exercises linked to movements and a soothing meditation period. Open to all levels.

Iyengar Yoga
This method provides an in-depth study and practice of postures and breathing, focusing on the connection between the body and mind. Correct body alignment using props such as blankets and belts prevents injuries and boosts effectiveness. Lengthy posture holds and sequences, along with deep relaxation and breathing exercises, are practiced each session. Open to all levels.
