Tri Club Challenge
This triathlon club is designed for newbies or the most experienced triathletes and is geared towards enhancing your experience and improving performance by drawing upon the collective experience and knowledge of each member, participating in group training sessions indoor or outdoor session as planned open water swims. Also, group bike rides and runs, or group brick sessions such as swim/bike sessions or bike/run sessions. The greatest benefit of the club is that it helps build confidence and gives you that added push toward reaching your full potential.

Choose from a host of recreational classes designed to keep you fit, active and inspired. Whether you want to study the ancient martial art of karate, learn a few vibrant dance moves, or achieve a balanced body and mind with meditation or yoga, the Club has the perfect program for you.

Adult Tennis
Learn to play tennis at the Club with this seven-week program with fun highly instructive classes for beginners and advanced beginners. Taught by United States Professional Tennis Association-certified coach Allen Krissman, this beginner and refresher program teaches the rudiments of the sport in a stress-free environment.
