Aikido
This non-competitive martial art is one of the most effective forms of self-defense. The class is taught in a relaxed atmosphere at a pace suited to each student, with techniques focused on defending yourself from various attacks. Size and strength are not necessary to correctly perform techniques and become skilled at aikido.Instructor: Pacific Aikido staff

Core Conditioning
This class targets strength, balance and stabilization of the core area (pelvis, lumber, thoracic and cervical spine). Exercises are designed to improve posture, prevent lower-back problems, strengthen hips and flatten abs.

Judo
Judo (literally “the way of gentleness") is a unique martial art established in 1882 as a safer distillation of Jiu-jitsu, a method of unarmed combat among samurai warriors. Techniques include throwing, hold downs and, as proficiency progresses, choking and joint locking. Iyengar Yoga
This method provides an in-depth study and practice of postures and breathing, focusing on the connection between the body and mind. Correct body alignment using props such as blankets and belts prevents injuries and boosts effectiveness.
