Frederick Harris Gallery Dedication Ceremony

Thirty Members and their guests gathered to pay tribute to the late Fred Harris at an evening of speeches and the unveiling of a portrait of the former Club president and renowned artist, after whom the gallery is named.

Super Bowl XLVI at the Club

More than 350 exuberant football fans descended on the New York Ballroom on a Monday morning to watch the New York Giants beat the New England Patriots 21-17. Other winners included Harald deRopp and Leon Tucker, who both won airline tickets from among the many prizes.

Holiday-enthused mini Members hopped on Santa’s knee for photo keepsakes and to whisper wish lists, when Santa made his annual visits to the Club, before embarking on his frenzied sleigh ride around the world.

Halloween at the Club
A spookily decked-out Gymnasium and Teen Lounge played host to a frightfully fun day of face-painting, scary stories, creepy crafts and more, as legions of costumed Members and staff celebrated this ghoulish holiday in style.

TAC Premier Classic Squash Tournament 2011
On June 24 through 26, the Club's three squash courts played host to almost 170 top squash players, as well as 14 Members, at its second annual TAC Premier Classic.

Shinnosuke Tsukue beat Yuuta Fukui in the final of the men's open competition, while Chinatsu Matsui edged out Kozue Onizawa to take the women's crown. Elsewhere, Russell Burns triumphed over fellow Club Member Tim Ely in the men's friendship tournament and Yoko Koshibuchi defeated Mika Ishizawa in the women's. Member Colin Bell, meanwhile, won the junior competition.
