American Impressionism Lecture

The likes of Monet, Cézanne and Renoir were the undoubted stars of the French Impressionist movement, but far less recognizable are names like William Merritt Chase and Edmund Charles Tarbell, both American Impressionist painters.

During an enlightening talk at the Bridgestone Museum of Art, which boasts its own impressive collection of Impressionist art, Club Member and artist Fred Harris will shine a light on the works of the Impressionist artists from the other side of the Atlantic.
