Help ensure that the Club is a culinary haven for all tastes. Assistant Chef

- Ensure the preparation of food items at high quality standards

Requirements:
• Experience More than 3 years' experience in Western cuisine
• Education Basic cooking school certificate preferable
• English   Elementary – level
• Japanese Elementary – level

Working schedule:
5 days/week (including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 7~8 hrs/day between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m.

Hourly wage: 1,300 yen~

 

Bakery Chef

- Duties include full bakery, pastry production process
- Ensure accurately portioned products at highest quality possible

Requirements:
• Experience More than 3 years' experience in pastry/bakery
• Education Bakery School certificate preferred
• English Basic level (read English menu and recipe)
• Japanese Intermediate level (Conversational level)

Working schedule:
5 days/week (including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 7.5 hrs/day between 8 a.m. and 10:30 p.m.

Hourly wage: 1,300 yen~

 

Restaurant Service Attendant

- Active involvement in the day to day operation ensuring courteous and efficient customer service.

Requirements:
• Experience More than 1 year
• English Upper Intermediate level
• Japanese Basic level

Working schedule:
(1) 5 days~ /week (including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 7~8 hrs/day between 12 pm and 8:30 pm

(2) 3-4 days~ /week (including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 6 hrs/day between 5 pm and 11 pm

Hourly wage: ¥1,100~

Banquet Sales Manager


Job Duty:

• Responsible for achieving targeted revenue of external banquet sales
• Assists Executive Banquet Sales Manager in hitting revenue and MSS goals
• Assists in marketing, planning and organizational issues
• Competitor analysis
• Training and development of staff

Requirements:
• Experience Minimum 3 years Sales (Banquet Sales experience preferred)
• Education University / Hotel school education preferred
• English Intermediate
• Japanese Native
• PC Skills Word, Excel, Outlook, Abacus
• Other Skills Some financial literacy, excellent communication and team skills

Working schedule:
5 days/week (Basically Mon-Fri, including some weekends/national holidays)
Actual 7.5 hrs/day between 9:30 am and 6 pm

 

Banquet Service Attendant

Serve first-rate culinary delights to our diners at a variety of events, from business luncheons through formal banquets. This role requires excellent teamwork with a friendly efficient service-minded attitude.

- Banquet Service: venue set-up, food and drinks service
- Outside Catering: Delivering food, drinks and tableware, Serving at Member's homes and Cleaning up

Requirements:
• Driver's License (Automatic only is acceptable)
• 1-2 years' experience in Food & Beverage Services
(preferably with Banquet Service experience)
• Excellent Hospitality Skills
• Conversational level English
• Conversational level Japanese
• PC skill (POS)

Character:
Proven hands-on service oriented supervisor with strong leadership, organization and delegation skills.

Working schedule:
5 days/week (including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 6 – 7 hrs/day between 8:00 am and 11 pm

Hourly wage: ¥1,100~

Recreation & Fitness

Share your expertise and passion with Members in the state-of-the-art fitness center with its cityscape views, squash courts, rooftop swimming pool, bowling center, golf simulator, spa, library and DVD center to name just a few of the possibilities, or turn your focus to supporting the myriad of classes for adults and children and personal training service provided so our Members stay fit and pick up new skills in a fun environment.

Recreation Services Concierge


Job Duties:
- Dealing with Members inquiries at Recreation Services Desk
- Responsible for men's locker room and facility checking

Requirements:
• Experience Recreation setting or hospitality industry preferred
• Education High School Graduate or above
• English Upper Intermediate level
• Japanese Intermediate level
• PC Skill Word, Excel, Power Point

SPA Therapist


Job Duties:
- Responsible for all areas of Spa treatment including facial, body massage, nails and waxing
- Involved in client consultation
- Assisting reception and
- Assisting product sales

Requirements:
• Experience More than 2 years, in facial and body treatments. (Nail therapy or/and waxing treatment is a plus)
• Knowledge Spa products (especially sales) is desired
• English Advanced level
• Japanese Intermediate level
• PC Word, Excel, Outlook

Character:
Who has strong hospitality skills

Working schedule:
4~5 days/ week (Including weekends/ National holidays)
Actual 7-8hrs/day between 10 am and 8 pm

Maintenance


Become With more than 25,000 square meters of well-designed space, the Club relies on you as part of a large, highly skilled workforce, including engineers, carpenters, gardeners, electricians and janitors, to ensure the smooth running of the hi-tech audio-visual, lighting and heating and cooling systems, as well as the maintenance of the sleek, new facility. epicenter.

Keep the facilities impeccably clean and maintain highest standards of hygiene.

• Elementary-level English preferred

Concierge


Members' Club experience starts from the moment they arrive at the Azabudai facility and as part of the front desk concierge staff, you'll welcome them "home" as members of this unique Tokyo family with a friendly greeting and warm smile. Besides dealing with day-to-day inquiries, this indispensable band of problem solvers provides Members with assistance on a range of issues, from finding tickets for concerts and sports events in Tokyo to helping book weekend trips to interpreting and translating.

Member Service Desk Receptionist

- Provide information regarding facilities, club events and seminars.
- External ticket sales
- Dealing with inquiries (face to face/telephone)
- Cashier
- Support Members' lifestyle in Japan

Requirements:
• Experience Must be familiar with hospitality industry
• Education Hospitality school/major preferred
• English Intermediate level ~
• Japanese Advanced level ~
• PC skills Word, Excel, Outlook
