Pastry & Bakery Chef

- Pastry production, desert and full bakery process management
- Ensure accurately portioned products at highest quality possible

Requirements:
• Experience More than 2 years' experience in pastry/bakery
• Education Bakery School certificate preferred
• English Basic level (read English menu and recipe)
• Japanese Intermediate level (Conversational level)

Working schedule:
5 days/week (including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 7.5 hrs/day between 8am and 10:30pm

 

Decanter Receptionist

- Responsible for the day to day operation of the reception area
- Manages the flow of guests into the outlet and controls reservations in a professional manner
 -Greets, escorts, seats and is responsible for the guests first and last impressions
- Ensures Guest Relations team are updated all the time with regard to the outlet's information and reservation status

Requirements:
• English Intermediate level
• Japanese Intermediate level
• PC Skill    Word, Excel, POS
• Character   Energetic, outgoing and people-oriented

Working schedule:
5 days/week (Mon-Sat including national holidays)
Actual 7 hrs/day between 3 pm and 11pm

 

Restaurant Service Attendant

- Active involvement in the day to day operation ensuring courteous and efficient customer service.

Requirements:
• Experience More than 1 year
• English Upper Intermediate level
• Japanese Basic level

Working schedule:
(1) 5 days~ /week (including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 7~8 hrs/day between 12 pm and 8:30 pm

(2) 3-4 days~ /week (including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 6 hrs/day between 5 pm and 11 pm

Hourly wage: ¥1,100~

Bridal Sales Manager


Job Duties:
- Responsible for assisting Executive Bridal Sales Manager to help generate targeted revenues ensuring the achievement of division goals for any gain bridal events.
- Generate revenue from new non-member bridal clients or any other potential agents through sales calls
- To assist Executive Bridal Sales Manager in :
    • Preparation of forecasts, budgets, strategy, analysis and report as necessary
    • Analyzing high-profile and potential agents

Requirements:
• Experience Minimum 3 years Sales (Bridal Sales experience preferred)
• Education University / Hotel school education preferred
• English Basic level is plus
• Japanese Native
• PC Skills Word, Excel, Outlook
• Other Skills Planning and organization skills with positive communication

Working schedule:

Banquet Service Captain


Job Duties:
- Oversee the day to day operations of Banquet functions
- Training and Development of service staff
- Assist and support Banquet Manager in overall administration and management.

Requirements:
• License Driver's License (Automatic only is acceptable)
• Experience More than 1 year Banquet Service Captain experience or 3 years Banquet Service Supervisor experience (Bridal service experience preferred)
• English Advanced level
• Japanese Advanced level
• PC Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point

Character:
Proven hands-on service oriented supervisor with strong leadership, organization and delegation skills

Working schedule:
5 days/week (including weekends/national holidays)

Banquet Service Attendant

Serve first-rate culinary delights to our diners at a variety of events, from business luncheons through formal banquets. This role requires excellent teamwork with a friendly efficient service-minded attitude.

- Banquet Service: venue set-up, food and drinks service
- Outside Catering: Delivering food, drinks and tableware, Serving at Member's homes and Cleaning up

Requirements:
• Driver's License (Automatic only is acceptable)
• 1-2 years' experience in Food & Beverage Services
(preferably with Banquet Service experience)
• Excellent Hospitality Skills
• Conversational level English
• Conversational level Japanese
• PC skill (POS)

Character:

Recreation & Fitness

Recreation Office Assistant


Job Duties
:
- Responsible for the general admin support in the recreation office.
- Answering Member's enquiries and taking message from members complaint.
- Support running the recreation programs and events.
- Assist other recreation section when needed.

Requirements:
• Experience: 1-2 year of demonstrated work experience (related field is preferred)
• English: Advanced level
• Japanese: Advanced level
• PC skill: Word, Excel, Power Point
• Other skills: Demonstrated ability to work well with people

Recreation Services Concierge


Job Duties
:
- Dealing with Members inquiries at Recreation Services Desk
- Responsible for men's locker room and facility checking

Requirements:
• Experience: Recreation setting or hospitality industry preferred
• Education: High School Graduate or above
• English: Advanced level
• Japanese: Intermediate level
• PC skill: Word, Excel

Working schedule:
4 days/ week
(Including weekends/ National Holidays)
Actual 7.5hrs/day between 6m and 10pm

 

Library Attendant


Job Duties
:
- Customer services at the counter

Requirements:
• Experience 1-2 year of demonstrated work experience (related field is preferred)
• English Advanced Business
• Japanese Elementary level
• PC Skill Word
Preference will be given to the candidates with experience in dealing with digital media and tools (i.e. smart phone, iPad, SNS, etc.)

Character:
Demonstrated ability to work well with people, focused and service-oriented and focused Kids programming experience is a plus

Working schedule:
5 days a week (including Sat, Sun and National Holidays)
7.5 hrs/day between 8:30am–8pm

 

Pool Instructor


Job Duties
:
- Provide competent, profession, safe swim lessons to children and adults
- Maintain order and discipline in classes to promote a learning atmosphere
- Submit report sheets, attendance sheets of assigned classes

Requirements:
• Previous swim instruction experience, proficient in swimming strokes – front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke & butterfly
• Swim instructor qualifications in a plus not a requirement
• Confident with strong communication skills in English & Japanese
• Be a highly organized and motivated individual

Working schedule:
5 days/ week (Including weekends/ National holidays)
Swim lesson/program 10am and 7:15pm

Business Operations & Technical Support

Purchasing Specialist

• Purchasing work in the responsible areas (Beverage, Merchandise items, Equipment and Consumable supplies,...etc)
  - Cost management: assessing the cost periodically and optimizing the cost by effective negotiation
  - Quality management: verifying the product safety and increasing the value of the goods/services
  - Supply management: ensuring the delivery schedule and promoting pre-order
  - Vendor management: evaluating and negotiating vendors performance

• Administrative work
  - Generating reports through the system
  - Filing the documents and managing the inventory of departmental consumable supplies

Requirements:
• Experience:
  - 3~5 years experience in purchasing organization
  - Experience of using ERP system or Purchasing software

• English Intermediate

Assistant IT Help Desk Engineer

- You will be the primary first level helpdesk contact.
- Hands-on support & assistance of our customers with their IT inquiries, requests & configuration changes.
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs & maintenance of hardware & software i.e. desktops, laptops, POS, etc...
- Perform office administrative tasks as required.
- Primary vendor contact, reporting technical repair requirements for warranty support & maintenance.
- Maintain & responsible for warranty, stock & inventory tracking and reporting.
- Technical translation support for contracts, vendors, etc..

Requirements:
• Skill
    Demonstrated PC maintenance & troubleshooting skills
    Proven Microsoft Office suite skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access

Concierge


Members' Club experience starts from the moment they arrive at the Azabudai facility and as part of the front desk concierge staff, you'll welcome them "home" as members of this unique Tokyo family with a friendly greeting and warm smile. Besides dealing with day-to-day inquiries, this indispensable band of problem solvers provides Members with assistance on a range of issues, from finding tickets for concerts and sports events in Tokyo to helping book weekend trips to interpreting and translating.

Member Services Senior Concierge


Job Duties
:

Job Duties
:
Guest Studios operations:
- Take reservations, assist with check-in/check-out
- Oversee room preparations
- Make sure Members and guests are happy with our service and their stay in the Guest Studios.
- Assist with cloak items
- Manage amenities inventory

Other tasks:
- Dealing with face-to-face/telephone inquiries
- Overseeing 1F lobby and entrance area.
- Supporting reservations and marketing for dining outlets

Requirements:
• Experience Familiarity with hospitality industry, particularly hotel stays
• Education Hospitality school/major preferred
• English Advanced-level
• Japanese Advanced-level
• PC skills Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Other skills: Familiarity with hotel booking systems
