Food & Beverage


Help ensure that the Club is a culinary haven for all tastes. With seven top-notch dining outlets, ranging from casual family cafés to upscale restaurants to soaring private dining spots, your efforts will see Members enjoy flavorsome comfort foods, a taste of local cuisine and modern twists on American classics. But it's not just about the food. A stunning wine list and packed calendar of tastings and winemaker dinners ensure that the Club remains Tokyo's wine epicenter.

Pastry & Bakery Chef

- Pastry production, desert and full bakery process management
- Ensure accurately portioned products at highest quality possible

Requirements:
• Experience More than 3 years' experience in pastry/bakery
• Education Bakery School certificate preferred
• English Basic level (read English menu and recipe)
• Japanese Intermediate level (Conversational level)

Working schedule:
5 days/week (including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 6~7.5 hrs/day between 8 am and 10:30 pm

 

Assistant Chef

- Ensure the preparation of food items at high quality standards

Requirements:
• Experience More than 3 years' experience in Western cuisine
• Education Basic cooking school certificate preferable
• English   Elementary – level
• Japanese Elementary – level

Working schedule:
5 days/week (including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 7~8 hrs/day between 8 am and 11 pm

Hourly wage: ¥1,300~

 

Restaurant Service Attendant

- Active involvement in the day to day operation ensuring courteous and efficient customer service.

Requirements:
• Experience More than 1 year
• English Upper Intermediate level
• Japanese Basic level

Working schedule:
(1) 5 days~ /week (including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 7~8 hrs/day between 12 pm and 8:30 pm

(2) 3-4 days~ /week (including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 6 hrs/day between 5 pm and 11 pm

Hourly wage: ¥1,100~

Banquet Service Captain


Job Duties:
- Oversee the day to day operations of Banquet functions
- Training and Development of service staff
- Assist and support Banquet Manager in overall administration and management.

Requirements:
• License Driver's License (Automatic only is acceptable)
• Experience More than 1 year Banquet Service Captain experience or 3 years Banquet Service Supervisor experience (Bridal service experience preferred)
• English Advanced level
• Japanese Advanced level
• PC Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point

Character:
Proven hands-on service oriented supervisor with strong leadership, organization and delegation skills

Working schedule:
5 days/week (including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 7.5 hrs/day between 6:30 am and 11 pm

Banquet Service Attendant

Serve first-rate culinary delights to our diners at a variety of events, from business luncheons through formal banquets. This role requires excellent teamwork with a friendly efficient service-minded attitude.

- Banquet Service: venue set-up, food and drinks service
- Outside Catering: Delivering food, drinks and tableware, Serving at Member's homes and Cleaning up

Requirements:
• Driver's License (Automatic only is acceptable)
• 1-2 years' experience in Food & Beverage Services
(preferably with Banquet Service experience)
• Excellent Hospitality Skills
• Conversational level English
• Conversational level Japanese
• PC skill (POS)

Character:
Proven hands-on service oriented supervisor with strong leadership, organization and delegation skills.

Recreation & Fitness

Share your expertise and passion with Members in the state-of-the-art fitness center with its cityscape views, squash courts, rooftop swimming pool, bowling center, golf simulator, spa, library and DVD center to name just a few of the possibilities, or turn your focus to supporting the myriad of classes for adults and children and personal training service provided so our Members stay fit and pick up new skills in a fun environment.

Recreation Program Assistant


Job Duties
:
- Assist the Program Coordinators in Events, Youth Programs, Birthday Parties, and other monthly programs in Recreation Department.

Requirements:
• Experience Recreation setting or hospitality industry preferred
• Education High School Graduate or above
• English Advanced level
• Japanese Elementary level
• PC Skill Word, Excel, Power Point

Character
Demonstrated ability to work well with people, Multi-tasking, Focused and service-oriented, Interest in sports preferred

Working schedule:
5 days/ week (Including weekends/ National holidays)
Actual 7.5hrs/day between 10 am and 6 pm

 

Childcare Attendant


Job Duties
:
- Childcare (Playing with children, feeding and changing diapers etc)
- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for the children in your care.

Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 1~2 years
• License: Japanese Childcare Nursery. Teachers preferred
• English: Basic level
• Japanese: Intermediate level
• PC Skill: Word
• Character: Positive Attitude, friendly and respectful

Working schedule:
3 days per week
Tue: 9:30 am and 4 pm
Wed and Sat: 9 am and 12:30 pm

Hourly wage: ¥1,050~

 

Recreation Services Concierge


Job Duties
:
- Dealing with Members inquiries at Recreation Services Desk
- Responsible for men's locker room and facility checking

Requirements:
• Experience Recreation setting or hospitality industry preferred
• Education High School Graduate or above
• English Upper Intermediate level
• Japanese Intermediate level
• PC Skill Word, Excel, Power Point

Working schedule:
4-5 days/week(Including weekends/ National holidays)
Actual 7.5hrs/day:
Weekday – 6 am and 10:30 pm
Weekend – 7 am and 10 pm

Hourly wage: ¥1,150~

Maintenance


Become With more than 25,000 square meters of well-designed space, the Club relies on you as part of a large, highly skilled workforce, including engineers, carpenters, gardeners, electricians and janitors, to ensure the smooth running of the hi-tech audio-visual, lighting and heating and cooling systems, as well as the maintenance of the sleek, new facility. epicenter.

Parking Attendant


Job Duty:

- Responsible for monitoring the Parking Lots
- Operating automated parking
- Directing and moving of vehicles.
- Controlling traffic & ensuring safe environment
- Responding to various Members' inquiries.
- Cleaning Parking area

Requirements:
• English Intermediate-level
• Japanese Intermediate-level
• Required Drivers license (both manual and automatic transmission / need actual driving experience)
• Other Skills Hospitality skills


Working schedule:

4 days/week (including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 7.5 hrs/day between 9:00 a.m. and 11 p.m.

Janitor & Janitress

– Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness throughout the facilities, including bathrooms, locker rooms and shower areas

Requirements:
• English Elementary level
• Japanese Elementary level


Working schedule:

5 days/week (Including weekends and national holidays
Actual 6 hrs/day (8 am–3 pm)

Members' Club experience starts from the moment they arrive at the Azabudai facility and as part of the front desk concierge staff, you'll welcome them "home" as members of this unique Tokyo family with a friendly greeting and warm smile. Besides dealing with day-to-day inquiries, this indispensable band of problem solvers provides Members with assistance on a range of issues, from finding tickets for concerts and sports events in Tokyo to helping book weekend trips to interpreting and translating.
