Food & Beverage


Help ensure that the Club is a culinary haven for all tastes. Wine Program Director

- Oversees all aspects of the Wine Program
- Responsible for developing & executing wine budgets
- Responsible for promotion of wine products and events to maximize wine revenue
- Responsible for development and management of the entire wine program including but not to limited to organized events, retail, F&B outlets, education and other wine related events.
- Review and update wine menus

Requirements:
• Certification from an accredited wine seminar/association; either Level III from the Court of Master Sommeliers, level 4 WSET or similar level from an internationally recognized wine accreditation
• Minimum of five years experience in wine business (sommelier, educator, wholesale, winery, wine marketing, or similar)
• English - Fluent, near native level (written/spoken)

Preferred
• Bachelor or Masters in Wine Education/Oenology
• Sales & marketing experience

Working schedule:
5 days/week (including weekend /national holidays)

 

Pastry & Bakery Chef

- Pastry production, desert and full bakery process management
- Ensure accurately portioned products at highest quality possible

Requirements:
• Experience More than 3 years' experience in pastry/bakery
• Education Bakery School certificate preferred
• English Basic level (read English menu and recipe)
• Japanese Intermediate level (Conversational level)

Working schedule:
5 days/week (including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 6~7.5 hrs/day between 8 am and 10:30 pm

 

Assistant Chef

- Ensure the preparation of food items at high quality standards

Requirements:
• Experience More than 3 years' experience in Western cuisine
• Education Basic cooking school certificate preferable
• English   Elementary – level
• Japanese Elementary – level

Working schedule:
5 days/week (including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 7~8 hrs/day between 8 am and 11 pm

Hourly wage: ¥1,300~

 

Restaurant Service Attendant

- Active involvement in the day to day operation ensuring courteous and efficient customer service.

Requirements:
• Experience More than 1 year
• English Upper Intermediate level
• Japanese Basic level

Working schedule:
(1) 5 days~ /week (including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 7~8 hrs/day between 12 pm and 8:30 pm

(2) 3-4 days~ /week (including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 6 hrs/day between 5 pm and 11 pm

Hourly wage: ¥1,100~

Banquet Service Captain


Job Duties:
- Oversee the day to day operations of Banquet functions
- Training and Development of service staff
- Assist and support Banquet Manager in overall administration and management.

Requirements:
• License Driver's License (Automatic only is acceptable)
• Experience More than 1 year Banquet Service Captain experience or 3 years Banquet Service Supervisor experience (Bridal service experience preferred)
• English Advanced level
• Japanese Advanced level
• PC Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point

Character:
Proven hands-on service oriented supervisor with strong leadership, organization and delegation skills

Working schedule:
5 days/week (including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 7.5 hrs/day between 6:30 am and 11 pm

Banquet Service Attendant

Serve first-rate culinary delights to our diners at a variety of events, from business luncheons through formal banquets. This role requires excellent teamwork with a friendly efficient service-minded attitude.

- Banquet Service: venue set-up, food and drinks service
- Outside Catering: Delivering food, drinks and tableware, Serving at Member's homes and Cleaning up

Requirements:
• Driver's License (Automatic only is acceptable)
• 1-2 years' experience in Food & Beverage Services
(preferably with Banquet Service experience)
• Excellent Hospitality Skills
• Conversational level English
• Conversational level Japanese
• PC skill (POS)

Character:
Proven hands-on service oriented supervisor with strong leadership, organization and delegation skills.

Working schedule:
5 days/week (including weekends/national holidays)

Recreation & Fitness

Fitness Attendant


Job Duties
:
- Responsible for the safe running of the fitness center
- Assisting members with their fitness programs

Requirements
:
• License: Certification from a recognized fitness association or university degree in related field. CPR, first aid, AED certification.
• Experience: more than 2 years
• English : Intermediate level
• Japanese : Intermediate level
• PC skill: Word, Excel
• Character: having strong hospitality skills

Working schedule:
2days/week, 4days /week
(Including weekends/ National holidays)
Actual 7.5 hrs/per day

Hourly wage: ¥1,150~¥1,200

 

Pool Administrator


Job Duties
:
- Answering Member's enquiries
- Handling the daily input charges
- Pool retails sales
- Arranging the staff/instructor schedule and payroll
- Handling swimming classes enrollment and cancellations
- Other administrative duties

Requirements:
• Experience 1-2 year of demonstrated work experience (related field is preferred)
• Education College level education preferred
• English Advanced level
• Japanese Intermediate level
• PC Skill Word, Excel, Power Point

Character:
Excellent Hospitality Skills, Demonstrated ability to work well with people

Working schedule:
5 days/ week

Recreation Services Concierge


Job Duties
:
- Dealing with Members inquiries at Recreation Services Desk
- Responsible for men's locker room and facility checking

Requirements:
• Experience Recreation setting or hospitality industry preferred
• Education High School Graduate or above
• English Upper Intermediate level
• Japanese Intermediate level
• PC Skill Word, Excel, Power Point

Working schedule:
4-5 days/week(Including weekends/ National holidays)
Actual 7.5hrs/day:
Weekday – 6 am and 10:30 pm
Weekend – 7 am and 10 pm

Communications Designer


Job Duties
:
The designer is required to take jobs from brief to finished product, successfully liaising with both internal and external clients to develop creative concepts and products to effectively promote the Club and its events, including those of the Club's restaurants and recreation facilities, to members and customers through website and print channels.

Requirements:
• Experience  Proven experience in taking print & web projects from design brief to finished product (print design and production, using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign). Design/graphic design qualifications or relevant industry experience preferred.
• Skill  An understanding of creative processes. An understanding of Web design/development may be advantageous to the role. Good interpersonal/customer service skills.
• English  Native level
• Japanese  Elementary level


Working schedule:

5 days/week (Mon–Fri)

HR Organization Development Manager


Job Duties
:
- Manage Training and Development Programs for all levels of staff to management
- Manage internal staff communications across club
- Cover all recognition and motivational programs for firm
- Organization planning and analysis
- Oversees Employee Effectiveness Survey

Requirements:
- Trainer and facilitator experience
- Native Level English (Bilingual preferred)
- HR management experience

Maintenance

Mechanical Engineer


Job Duty:

- Provide facility operation and maintenance (mainly HVAC and Plumbing) including but not limited to
    Operation and maintenance of pools and Jacuzzis.
    Handling of problems with kitchen and other equipment.
- Logistic support for functions and special events.

Requirements:
• Experience 3 years +
• License Level 2 boiler. Hazardous material license preferred
• Japanese Advanced-level
• PC Skills Basic Level of Word and Excel


Working schedule:

5 days/week (including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 7.5 hrs/day (7 a.m~10:30 p.m. including 2 days night shift per month)

Janitor & Janitress

– Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness throughout the facilities, including bathrooms, locker rooms and shower areas

Requirements:
• English Elementary level
• Japanese Elementary level


Working schedule:

5 days/week (Including weekends and national holidays
Actual 6 hrs/day (7–11pm)

Members' Club experience starts from the moment they arrive at the Azabudai facility and as part of the front desk concierge staff, you'll welcome them "home" as members of this unique Tokyo family with a friendly greeting and warm smile. Besides dealing with day-to-day inquiries, this indispensable band of problem solvers provides Members with assistance on a range of issues, from finding tickets for concerts and sports events in Tokyo to helping book weekend trips to interpreting and translating.
