Food and Beverage


Become responsible for ensuring the Club is a culinary haven for all tastes. With its six top-notch dining outlets, ranging from casual family cafés to upscale restaurants to unique "city-view" private dining, your efforts will see Members enjoy flavorsome comfort food, a taste of local cuisine and modern twists on American classics. But it's not just about the food. A stunning wine list and packed calendar of tastings and winemaker dinners ensure that the Club is Tokyo's wine epicenter.




Food and Beverage Concierge
Welcome patrons to an unforgettable meal from start to finish and ensure a superior level of quality and service.

Member Service Responsibility:
-restaurant reservations, event planning, preempting member needs
-greeting and fare welling VIP guests
-handling feedback and complaints

Accommodation Suite Responsibility :
-reservations and marketing, folio management and reporting
-booking sightseeing and transfers

Administrative Service Responsibility
:
-performance evaluation system, time attendance, contract renewals, vacation control and purchasing
-teamwork and communication enhancement

Required:

•2+ years restaurant guest service experience
•Hotel school/college education
•2+ years Hotel front desk/reservation experience
•Excellent hospitality skills
•Advanced-level English (BULATS 4)
•Advanced-level spoken Japanese
•PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Room reservation system, POS)

Working schedule:

5 days/week (including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 7.5 hrs/day between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m.

Annual pay:

Approx. 3.1M (assuming performance bonus at meets expectation level. The final amount will be decided based on applicants experience and skill. Performance bonus amount is dependent on performance)

 

Banquet Sales & Reservations -Bridal

From the initial inquiry to the final detail, help patrons plan functions to suit any budget or occasion. Your outgoing, meticulous service, coupled with the Club's breathtaking facilities, will enhance our reputation as Tokyo's ultimate destination for parties, meetings and special events.

- Dealing with initial inquiry to handover forgeneral banqueting and bridal areas
- Production of function sheet for each function booked ensuring correct information is readily available after adequate confirmation with the patron


Required:
• 2 years + Bridal co-ordination experience
• Must have knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage
• Advanced-level English (BULATS 4)
• Native-level Japanese
• PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

Working schedule:

5 days/week (including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 7.5 hrs/day between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m.

Annual Pay:

Pastry/Bakery Assistant Chef
Create delectable baked goods and confections fresh each day under the guidance of our executive pastry chef. You'll assist with other duties in the bustling, stimulating kitchen as needed.

- Duties include full bakery production process
- Ensure accurately portioned products at highest quality possible


Required:
• More than3 years' experience in pastry/bakery
• Basic cooking school certificate preferred
• Conversational/intermediate-level English (BULATS 2)
• Conversational-level Japanese

Working schedule:

5 days/week (including weekends/national holidays)
Actual8 hrs/day between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m.


Annual Pay:

Recreation and Fitness


The vast array of health-, fitness- and leisure-focused facilities allows Members and their families to lead active, well-balanced lives. Share your expertise and passion with Members in the state-of-the-art fitness center with its cityscape views, squash courts, rooftop swimming pool, bowling center, golf simulator, spa, library and DVD center to name just a few of the possibilities, or turn your focus to supporting the myriad of classes for adults and children and personal training service provided so our Members stay fit and pick up new skills in a fun environment.

 


Spa Therapist
Pamper our visitors with a full menu of treatments, including facials, massages, pedicures and waxing. You'll also conduct consultations and assist with reception duties and retail sales.

- Responsible for all areas of Spa treatment including facial, body massage, manicures and waxing
- Involved in client consultation
- Assisting reception and
- Assisting product sales

Required:

• 2 + years experience in facial and body treatments.
• Nail therapy or/and waxing treatment is a plus.
• Knowledge of Spa products (especially sales) is desired
• Strong Hospitality Skills
• Lower Intermediate level English (BULATS 2= ~)
• Elementary level Japanese
• PC skill (Word)

Working schedule:

4~5 days/ week (Including weekends/ National holidays)
Actual 7-8hrs/day between 10a.m. and 8p.m.

Hourly wage:
Approx. 1200yen (this is an approximate figure. The actual amount will be decided based on your skill and experience.)

 


Lifeguard
Keep the high-energy, rooftop aquatic area, poised to be one of the Club's most popular spots for all ages, safe and clean for users to enjoy year-round. In addition to being highly alert and responsible, you should be certified in first aid, CPR and AED.

- Ensure the safe operation of the aquatics facility.
- Maintains constant surveillance of patrons using the facility.
- Maintains general safety and security at the pool.

Required:

• Current lifesaving/guard certification
• CPR, First Aid, AED
• American Red Cross Lifeguard/ First Aid qualifications are plus
• Certified swim instructor qualifications preferred
• Strong Hospitality Skills
• Upper Intermediate level English (BULATS 3= ~)
• Elementary level Japanese
• PC skill (Excel, Outlook)

Working schedule
:
3~5 days/ week (Including weekends/ National holidays)
Actual 5-8hrs/day between 6:30am and 9pm

Hourly wage
:
Approx. 1,100yen (this is an approximate figure. The actual amount will be decided based on your skill and experience.)




Recreation Attendant

Make sure our sports enthusiasts have what they need to maximize their workouts and other athletic pursuits. You'll issue exercise gear, register Members for various programs and activities and field their questions.

- Responsible for equipment and work-out clothes
- Responsible for Programs
- Dealing with Members inquiry.

Required:

• Recreation setting or hospitality industry preferred
• Interest in sports preferred
• Excellent Hospitality Skills
• Upper Intermediate level English (BULATS 3= ~)
• Upper intermediate level Japanese
- must be able to read Japanese
- should be able to deal with customers on the phone, negotiate prices with vendors and solve customers complaints
• PC skill (Word)

Working schedule:

3 ~5days/ week (Including weekends/ National holidays)

Business Operations and Technical Support


Away from the highly visible recreational and dining areas of the Club, a pool of experts in such fields as accounting, IT, human resources and communications provides a vital support network for Members and their families. Whether your experience and training is best suited to maintaining the Club's many computer systems, keeping Members and the local community updated on Club news and events or searching for the very best talent to work in this highly rewarding environment, join these experienced professionals to help bring out the best in the Club's day-to-day operations.



IT Administrative Assistant

Your challenge is to provide administrative support to our IT department to help keep the Club's cutting-edge technology in pristine, proper functioning condition, including arranging vendor contracts, equipment inventory tracking, basic user assistance and English-Japanese translations.

- Administrative support including English and Japanese translation

Required:
• Experienced working in a multicultural environment
• Experienced in office administrative tasks
• College-level education

Maintenance


Become With more than 25,000 square meters of well-designed space, the Club relies on you as part of a large, highly skilled workforce, including engineers, carpenters, gardeners, electricians and janitors, to ensure the smooth running of the hi-tech audio-visual, lighting and heating and cooling systems, as well as the maintenance of the sleek, new facility. epicenter.



Boiler man

Keep the building's infrastructure systems operating efficiently and be a key part of our workplace. Work includes repair and maintenance of boilers, HVAC, water, and refrigeration systems, and providing logistic support for a variety of Club functions and events. You should be an independent and proactive worker.

- Provide facility operation and maintenance service
- Logistic support for functions and special events


Requirements:
• 3-5 years of job-related experience
• Level 2 boiler license
• Hazardous material handling certification, experience and license for welding, soldering and brazing preferred
• Elementary-level English (BULATS 1 or above) preferred, but not mandatory
• Advanced-level Japanese
• PC skills (Word, Excel) preferred, but not mandatory

Working schedule:
Shift Schedule -5 days/week (including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 7.5 hrs/day (7 a.m.-3:30 p.m., 2-10:30 p.m.)


Annual pay:
Approx. 4.1M (assuming performance bonus at meets expectation level. The final amount will be decided based on applicants experience and skill. Performance bonus amount is dependent on performance)

 


Refrigeration Mechanic

Job includes repair and maintenance of foodservice and HVAC equipment; and providing logistic support for a variety of Club functions and events. You should be an independent and proactive worker.

- Provide facility repair and maintenance service, primarily on foodservice refrigerators and freezers, and HVAC equipment
- Logistic support for Club functions and special events

Required:
• 3-5 years' job-related experience
• Refrigeration equipment supervisor license preferred, but not mandatory
• Hazardous material handing certification and experience and license for welding, soldering and brazing preferred
• Elementary-level English (BULATS 1 or above) preferred, but not mandatory
• Intermediate-level Japanese
• PC skills (Word, Excel) preferred, but not mandatory

Working schedule:

Provide carpentry services from minor furniture repairs to design, layout and construction of stages and wall partitions, as well as logistic support for a variety of functions and events. You should be an independent and proactive worker.

Required:
• 3-5 years of job-related experience
• Elementary-level English (BULATS 1 or above) preferred, but not mandatory
• Intermediate-level Japanese

Working schedule:

5 days/week (Monday-Friday) Actual 7.5 hrs/day (9 a.m.-5:30 p.m.)
- Must work on some nights/weekends/national holidays when necessary

Annual pay:

Janitorial Staff
Keep the interior and exterior facilities clean, and maintain the highest standards of hygiene. You will also provide logistic support for a variety of Club functions and events. You should be an independent and proactive worker.

- Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness throughout the facilities, including, but not limited to carpets, furniture, hard floors, bathrooms, locker rooms and shower areas

Required:

• Building cleaning technician certification and experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Elementary-level English (BULATS 1 or above) preferred, but not mandatory
• Intermediate-level Japanese

Working schedule:

1) 5 days/week (Including weekends and national holidays)
Actual 5 hrs/day(7 a.m.-12 p.m.)

Concierge


Members' Club experience starts from the moment they arrive at the Azabudai facility and as part of the front desk concierge staff, you'll welcome them "home" as members of this unique Tokyo family with a friendly greeting and warm smile. Besides dealing with day-to-day inquiries, this indispensable band of problem solvers provides Members with assistance on a range of issues, from finding tickets for concerts and sports events in Tokyo to helping book weekend trips to interpreting and translating.
