Member Services, conveniently situated in the B1 Family Lobby, is a hub of help for Members.
From issuing parking permits to organizing concert tickets to offering guidance on using the Club’s facilities, the experienced Member Services staff are ready to deal with a range of requests.

Club Car Wash Service
Have your favorite ride readied for its next head-turning drive while you kick back at the Club. Premium Car Wash service provided every Tuesday by reservation at the B1 parking area.

Members must have a valid parking sticker for their vehicle and must remain at the Club while their car is being washed.
*NOTE: Reservation day cancellations and "No Shows" will be charged 50% of the car wash fee.
The Club’s exclusive ticket service offers seats to the most popular entertainment in Tokyo, often at a discounted price. From opera and ballet to concerts and musicals, don’t miss your chance to see an array of live performances.
Members who find themselves battling through language barriers outside the Club can dial Member Services during normal office hours for bilingual assistance.

Members can pick up and leave items at Member Services for temporary storage.

Azabu General Service Station Car Wash
Treat your car to a pampering with a hand wash at Azabu General Service Station, located opposite Nissin supermarket. Club Members are entitled to a discount on a range of cleaning services (see price list). To make the most of this service, simply show your Membership card when selecting your car wash option.
