Language Assistance
Members who find themselves battling through language barriers outside the Club can simply dial the Member Services Desk for English-Japanese translation assistance anytime during Club hours. Whether it’s shopping for groceries, booking a hotel or giving directions to a taxi driver, the knowledgeable bilingual staff can help.

Pick up an array of goods, including umbrellas, newspapers and the Women’s Group’s invaluable expat resource, Tokyo: Here and How, at the Member Services Desk.
Article Check
Drop off items for retrieval by other Club Members or your family at the Club with this secure, convenient service.
Tour Arrangements
Sign up for an organized trip to Kyoto, Hakone, Nikko or many other destinations around Japan with the help of the Member Services Desk. Another benefit of the effortless vacation planning, the package fees will be billed directly to your Membership account.
Bulky Trash Collection
Members who are relocating back home or decluttering and aren't sure how get rid of those large items can contact the Member Services Desk for assistance. Staff will help arrange bulky trash pick-up through the relevant ward office in Tokyo.
Dr Drive Car Wash
Treat your car to a pampering with a hand wash at Dr Drive in Higashi Gotanda. Club Members are entitled to a 5% discount on a range of cleaning services (see price list download). To make the most of this not-to-be-missed service, simply drive into the Eneos gas station on Sony Dori, show your Club Membership card and choose your car wash option.
